How far in advance should I book a trivia event?

I recommend booking your trivia event 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and plenty of advertising!

Can I customize the trivia questions for my event?

Yes, we work closely with you to tailor the trivia questions to suit your event theme and audience. If the theme you are looking for is not listed, I am more than happy to create a new game just for your event for an additional cost!

Something that I am VERY interested in doing is creating a game for a private party about the guests! I've seen this trend on Tik Tok where a birthday party or a bachelorette group will create slideshow games all about each one of the friends at the party. It looks like so much fun!

Do you offer virtual trivia options?

As of now, I do not offer virtual trivia games as my game is a pen and paper game played at bars. However, I am open to creating virtual games as my business grows in the near future!

How can I ensure that Trivia by Brittany is worth the price?

I offer over a dozen themes, as well as the option to create new games. Each trivia game is originally made by me, and takes about 4-6 hours to create. Hosting the event takes up usually 2.5-3 hours, plus travel, and I also create flyers, answer sheets, and offer cocktail recipies that go with the theme of your choice! (That comes to about 7-12 hours of labor per event). Most bars pay $150-$300 for trivia hosts and have to do their own advertising, flyering, etc. I tried to make my prices as affordable as possible to cater to customers.

How many customers does Trivia by Brittany attract?

I have seen a wide variety of guests attend my trivia nights!

My biggest nights were Taylor Swift (26 teams of 2-8 players), Harry Potter (18 teams of 2-8 players), and I have never hosted an event with under 6 teams! The main bar I ran a weekly trivia event for saw a sales increase on my trivia nights of $1,200-$2,800 per week! (Using my themed cocktails definitely helps to drive up those sales!)

Where are you located?

I reside in Willoughby, Ohio and live right in Downtown Willoughby!

I know a ton of people that frequent bars in this area from my time bartending and hosting trivia, and that area is definitely where I can attract a lot of guests!

In addition to DTW, I am very familiar with the Mentor/Painesville/Eastlake area, and would love to host events nearby!

I am working on it!
I would really like to get into hosting karaoke and DJing in the near future. I already know how to do both, but I definitely need to invest in some equipment to ensure the best experience worth the cost!
